"Machine is easy to use but I find that the metal components aren't well constructed. The lid on the water container is always rattling, the black knob on the steamer slides around a bit, and after 1. 5 years of use, the drip tray just won't stay together and is constantly falling apart. I ultimately don't recommend this machine to others for these reasons, but it's certainly a decent mid-range machine."

"I absolutely love this machine. I moved from the city to a more remote location so grabbing a treat-myself coffee is a less frequent occurrence. Now we have wonderful coffee at our fingertips! Delivery was fast, setup was super easy, it just took some dialing to get the grind-to-brew process down (and, I realize, it's a moving target when changing beans). I knew getting a single boiler was going to come with a slightly slower workflow and I was okay with that for the sake of saving some money and counter space— the only reason why this isn't 5 stars for me is because the machine shakes quite a bit so I have to hold my jug, cup or shot glasses when extracting. As others have commented, it's loud, but I've seen that's the case with the Profitec Pro as well so I wasn't going into this purchase with expectations of a silent brewing experience; If I want that I can always brew a french press. All-in-all: loved the price point and the shopping experience with Home Coffee Solutions, and this is a beautiful machine and great grinder."
