"Still lots of practice needed going forward but the Eureka has been awesome for the workflow. The large adjustment dial makes adjustments easy to manage. I am still in my rookie year making espresso/drinks but the grind by weight has an excellent upgrade for me. Also the Eureka seems like a solid built machine.
