The press is automatically triggered when the pre-set maximum pressure is reached, ensuring uniform compaction. Depending on the type of coffee and the grinder’s setting, you can adjust the pressure within a range of 8 kg to 21 kg.

The numbers on the scale of the central screw (12 - 16 - 20 etc.) do not represent a reliable or precise indication in kilograms, but are merely intended to make previous or current settings easier to remember. The precise fine calibration of the release mechanism should be carried out by repeated trial and error until the individually desired or ideal force setting is found.
